I may have left the classroom a year and a half ago already, but I still receive lots of emails at this time of year from people who would like to teach English in Spain. 90% of these emails come from people who are planning to do the government sponsored Auxiliar de Conversación program.
If an effort to answer all of the questions I can in one giant post, I’ve compiled a list of blog posts and resources you might find helpful. And despite the mixed feelings you’ll hear about the auxiliar program, I’ve yet to meet anyone who regrets 100% their decision to come and live in Spain.
