Spanish meat dishes are the epitome of cozy, home-cooked comfort food. Whether they’re made with pork, chicken, or even occasionally beef, these are the recipes that have been simmering away on stoves throughout Spain for centuries.

For those of us who don’t have a Spanish grandmother, no worries—many of these traditional Spanish meat dishes are simple to make at home.
