2/3 cup flour 1/4 cup almond flour 3/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg 1 egg yolk 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup black coffee 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp vanilla extract powdered sugar

This chocolate olive oil cake is simple and delicious. You probably already have most of the ingredients!

Start by mixing the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Once the dry ingredients are well combined, it's time to move on to the wet ingredients.

We'll combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl until they're nice and smooth!

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for a few minutes.

Once the batter is nice and smooth, pour it into a prepared cake pan.

Bake the cake for about 30 minutes at 350º F (170º C).

Add a light dusting of powdered sugar to the top of the finished cake. It really doesn't need much else!
