"Definitely a crowd pleaser! I tried these with metal skewers and they turned out gorgeous." – Nyan

Ingredients

2 lbs pork tenderloin 1 tbsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tbsp sweet paprika 1 tsp ground turmeric 1 tsp oregano ½ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp cinnamon 1 tsp salt 5 garlic cloves ¼ cup olive oil Juice of ½ lemon Lemon wedges

The first step of making Spanish pork skewers: prepping the pork! Trim the fat and slice into cubes.

Place the chunks of pork into a large plastic bag.

To make your marinade, mix together all the spices, the lemon juice, and olive oil.

Pour the spice mixture over the meat, mix well, and let marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Time to grill! While your grill is heating up, put the pork pieces onto skewers, leaving a bit of room between each.

Grill on high heat until the meat is just cooked through but still nice and juicy!

Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
